BOOKING
All bookings will be held against your Credit Card. No charge will be made EXCEPT for no show. Make sure you leave enough time for your email to be read,replied to and for you to send details when booking. OR phone us! IF you are arriving after 17.00 pm make sure we know it otherwise you might be sleeping on the floor. Payment will be in full on arrival and C.C. details destroyed.

CHANGE OF BOOKING
If you wish to change the booking in any way you MUST notfy us 48hours before the start of the booking BY PHONE. Failure to do so will leave YOU LIABLE for payment charged against your credit card. In the case of a NO SHOW you will be charged for the FULL AMOUNT of the first nights' reservation. So a group of three would be charged 3 nights accomodation.

The Hostel is open from Easter to October.

Please help us to help you and phone if you want to change your booking or cancel. We expect at least 48 hours notice for this otherwise a charge will be asked for. PLEASE book the nights you need and not 4 or 5 more "just in case" as I will kick your arse.

RECEPTION HOURS
From 08:30am-13:00pm and from 17:00pm-20:30pm.

It is very likely that staff ARE around at other times to let you in and leave luggage BUT we don't gaurantee it!!.Arrival after 8.30pm is possible BUT must be mentioned on the phone or in your booking as I might be out with guests having a beer. Once checked in you get your own key.
